Jordan Allen Hair, infant son of Brandi Hale and Cody Hair of Athens passed away Friday, March 14, 2014 at U.T. Medical Center.

Survivors other than the parents include two sisters, Raelynn and Skyler of Athens, Maternal grandparents, Brett and Windi Hale of Athens, Theresa Wattenbarger of Dalton, GA. Paternal grandparents, Tom Pierce and Erica Hembree of Dalton, GA., Ginger and Gene Long of Dalton, GA.

Graveside services will be 4:30 pm Thursday at Cambria Cemetery.

Patricia “Patsy” Mae Boggess Murray, Age 58, of Decatur, passed away Friday, March 14, 2014 at her residence.

A native of Athens and longtime resident of Decatur, she was a daughter of the late Cam and Arie Emmel Robison Boggess and was preceded in death by five brothers, Ray, Ross, and Roy Boggess, Ben and Johnny Robison; one sister, Faye Boggess.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Michael Frank Murray of Decatur. One daughter, Melissa Kay Murray Pueirtt of Athens, three grandchildren, Hayden Moses of Athens, Alissa Moses of Athens, Michael David Pueirtt of Athens, one great granddaughter, Haisley Merriman. Eight sisters and five brothers-in-law, Swaney and Jerry Morgan of Athens, Mary and James Moses of Athens, Ruth Bowers of Etowah, Ivie Hall of Athens, Pauline and Randy Hickman of Athens, Margie and Allan Caraway of Athens, Emma and Stan Webb of Athens, and Bobbie Boggess of Decatur. Four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Lloyd and Judy Boggess of Etowah, Floyd and Geraldine Boggess of Cleveland, J.C. Boggess of Riceville and Jimmy and Tootsie Robison of Athens.

Funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Chad Hester officiating. Burial will be in Clearwater Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Pueirtt, Ben Merriman, George Hester, Ricky Boggess, Spencer Hall and Alan Hester.

The family will receive friends 5-8 pm Monday at the funeral home.

At U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville

Brandon was born in Chattanooga and was a lifelong resident of Decatur, he was a son of the late Patricia Ann Ricker Zumstein and was preceded in death by a great grandfather, Norman Miller; grandfather, Clifton Howard. He was a diesel mechanic for TRM in Harvey, Louisiana and enjoyed four wheeling, motorcycles, muddin, fishing, bonfires, and spending time with his family.
