Passed away unexpectedly Wednesday morning, July 5, 2017  

At her home.

A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of the late Cantrell and Frances Mildred Jamerson Jack and was preceded in death by  a sister, Barbara Jack; two brothers, Danny Joe Jack and Gary Jack. She retired from Rogers Creek School as a Special Education Teacher’s Aid after 16 years.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years,

   Darris Goforth of Athens

Two daughters and sons-in-law,

   Dira and Chan Patrick of Athens

   Deah and Justin Hennessee of Athens

One son and daughter-in-law,

   Hans and Georgine Jack of Chattanooga

7 grandchildren

Two sisters,

   Janice Snyder of Etowah

   Terry Frye of Athens

Three brothers and sisters-in-law,

   Ronnie and Jimmie Jack of Athens

   Michael and Adrienne Jack of GA.

   Ricky and April Jack of Etowah

Several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be 4-6 pm Saturday at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Riceville.
