At her daughter’s home.
A native of Tellico Plains and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of the late Roy Lee and Ethel Rosalee Self Freeman and was preceded in death by her husband, Artie Odell Cooper; two brothers, Lewis “Wendy” Freeman and Edward “Doc” Freeman. She was of the Baptist faith.

Grandchildren: Paige Hennessee, Lacey and Chris Hudson, Kaitlynn Hennessee, Heather and Caleb Thompson, Milynda and Mat Parrish, Kim and Bryan Walden, Grant Dunn, Josh and Brittany Dunn, and Dakota Coleman
Great grandchildren: Abby Hudson, Silas Hudson, Jake Walden, Sadie Walden, Cole Dixon, Camryn Dunn, Piper Johnson and the love of her life, great grandson, Scott “Lil Man” Hennessee.

Funeral services will be 8 pm Wednesday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Bales and rev. Van Elkins officiating. Burial will be 11 am Thursday in Idlewild Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Grant Dunn, Josh Dunn, Colton Dixon, Chris Hudson, Dickey Walker, and Shane McKheen.
Honorary pallbearers will be Scott “Lil Man” Hennessee, Silas “Si” Hudson, Abby Hudson, Camryn Dunn, Jake Walden, and Sadie Walden.
The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
