Went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 28, 2019

At her home surrounded by family and friends.

A lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of the late Steven Alex Goins and Grace Huckbley Goins and was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, John L. Williams; daughter, Linda Gail Williams; sisters, Irene Goodman, Pauline Peyton, Ivauline Painter, Lillian Jones, Margaret Wright, and Frankie Thompson; brothers, Cam Goins, Eugene Goins, Wesley Goins, Leon Goins, and Albert Goins and special great nephew, Ryne Thornburg.  Bobbie was a homemaker and a member of Highway to Heaven Church.

Survivors include her daughter,

   Sharon Wright Tallent of Tellico Plains

Sister and brother-in-law,

   Deloris and Hurshel Stone of Chattanooga

Grandchildren: Mandy Bivens, Blaina Tallent Best, Brooke Curtis, Russell Tallent as well as several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Special friends include Pastor Billy Burton and wife, Carolyn, the Dawson family, Patty Endicott, and Christy.

Funeral services will be 7 pm Monday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Burton and Rev. Chasen Curtis officiating.  Burial will be 11:00 am Tuesday in McMinn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Mike Thornburg, Russell Tallent, Eric Best, Keith Goins, Gage Millsaps, Gunter Millsaps and Brent Bivens.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Monday at the funeral home.
