At her residence.
A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of the late Jason Lee and Velma Mae Smith Gossett and was preceded in death by two brothers, Herschel Gossett and Ronnie Gossett; sister, Margaret Gossett; grandchildren, Amy Michele Powell and Joshua Brian Powell; great grandchild, Brilee Buckner. She retired after 40 years of service from Thomas & Betts and was a member of Riceville Church of God.
Survivors include three daughters and one son-in-law,

Shannon Spain of Etowah
Brother, Ricky Lee Gossett of GA.
Grandchildren: Beth Powell, Jessica Ray Couey, William David Lee Buckner, and Lucky Junior Grubb
Great grandchildren: Dakota Mullinax, Skyler Powell, Maddie Thurman, Zaniya Lashea Couey and Addison Buckner
One great great grandchild: Anthem Blake Mullinax

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Wednesday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Glenn Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in McMinn Memory Gardens.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 9:00-10:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home.
