GUY W NEISLER JR

Guy W. Neisler, Jr.,age 68, of Athens, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens

A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, he was the son of the late Guy W. Neisler, Sr. and Leda Catherine Murphy Neisler and was preceded in death by a daughter, Cayci Amanda Neisler;and a sister, Patricia Ann Morgan. Guy was retired from Johns-Manville after 25 years of service.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years,

   Rhonda Lunsford Neisler of Athens

Three daughters and one son-in-law,

   Connie Maria Farmer and husband, Mitch of Englewood

   Catherine Michelle Reid of Englewood

   Penelope Rhea Neisler and Michael Lixey of Cleveland

One son and daughter-in-law,

   Guy Wayne Neisler III and wife, Lisa of Athens

Seven grandchildren: Alex Farmer, Maria Farmer, Abigail Reid, Geneva Neisler, Guy Wayne Neisler IV, Anderson Bennett and Mason Brown

Funeral services will be 7 pm Sunday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. John Oldham officiating.  Private Family Burial.

Pallbearers will be Guy Wayne Neisler III, Douglas Lunsford, Mitch Farmer, Alex Farmer, Steven Bennett, and Michael Lixey.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
