JUDY CAROLYN (JANOW) WALKER

Judy Carolyn Janow Walker, age 62, of Athens, died early Friday morning, October 3, 2019, at her home, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Rockwood to the late Carl and Naomi Russell Janow, and was preceded in death by four sisters, Margaret Janow, Betty Janow, Helen Bredwell and Kathleen Bredwell.

Judy is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Mitchell Walker of Athens

A brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Patsy Janow of Athens.

Brother- in-law, Bill Bredwell of Athens

Along with several nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Saturday at Ziegler Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Hornsby Chapel Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be, Mitchell Walker, Tony Bredwell, Michael Bredwell, Steve Bredwell, Richie Janow, Chris Burris, Gunnar Burris, Lee Powers and Matthew Huffstetler.

The family will receive friends 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Saturday, prior to the funeral at Ziegler Funeral Home.
