Passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018

At Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville

She was a lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Dean Brown.  Tammy was a homemaker and had served in the Calhoun Elementary School Cafeteria for over 18 years. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband,

   Tim Norwood of Riceville

One daughter,

   Rachel Caldwell and Nashaun Smith of Niota

One son,

   Matthew Norwood of Riceville

Two grandchildren: Trevor Caldwell and Kambrie Norwood

Her mother,

   Barbara Perry Brown of Riceville

One brother and sister-in-law,

   Dennie and Geri Brown of Athens

Three nieces: Sarah Smith and husband, Casey and children, Caden, Colby, and Sadey; Heather Brown and Shanna Ward, Hannah Brown and Avery Gallaher and son, A.J.

Many other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be7 pm Friday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Garry King officiating.  Burial will be 11 am Saturday in McMinn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Casey Smith, Avery Gallaher, Nashaun Smith, Drew Miller, Dylan Plaster, and Travis Caldwell.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Friday at the funeral home.
