Passed away Monday, October 9, 2017  

At Hospice of Chattanooga.

A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Robert and Otella Elliott Underdown. She was also preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Ora and Rossie Elliott; paternal grandparents, Pad and Irene Underdown; sisters, Taffy June Underdown and Mary Annette Akins; nephew, Timothy Jackson Richardson; niece, Samantha Brianne Richardson. She was a member of Eastanallee Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law,

   Kristi Wilson of Niota

   Tracey and Nic Allen of Benton

One son,

   Gordon Ray Wilson Jr of Knoxville

Grandchildren: Brooklyn Wilson, Peyton Wilson, Keira Freeman, Caroline Allen, Asher Allen, Levi Allen, Madaline Bradley, and Hunter Wilson.

Three sisters and brothers-in-law,

   Robin and Tony Walker of Riceville

   Janie and Billy Goodman of Riceville

   Missy and Tim Richardson of Riceville

One brother,

   Charlie Underdown of Athens

Several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins

Funeral services will be 7 pm Friday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Pastor Van Sliger officiating.

The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the PKD Foundation at pkdcure.org.
