Billy Allen Belcher, age 49, a native of Sweetwater and longtime resident of McMinn County, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Raymond and Ruby Johnson Belcher, brother: Michael Belcher, and a nephew: Alex Belcher.
Billy is survived by his father and stepmother: Billy and Stacy Barnes Belcher, his mother: Janice Elrod, a daughter: Hayley Belcher, a son: Austin Belcher, grandchildren: Cyrus Jamerson and Birdie Dills, sister: Gina Belcher, a brother: Todd Belcher, niece: Charley Belcher, a special aunt: Angie Camp, along with several other aunts and uncles, and his grandmother: Regina Fitzgerald.
Visitation will be held at Ziegler Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at McMinn Memory Gardens with Reverend Kenny Thornton officiating.
Christian Colloms, Dakota Hester, Jacob Sluter, Samuel Vicars, Glynn Schultz, and Billy Belcher, Jr. will serve as pallbearers.
