Billy Ross Davis

Billy Ross Davis, age 68, of Decatur passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville.

Billy was a native of Oklahoma City, OK and longtime resident of Meigs County.  He was a son of the late Charles Davis, Sr.  He is also proceeded by his sister Tammy Woodby.

Billy worked at NGK Metals for 40 years before retiring.

Billy is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Audrey Rose Wheaton Davis of Decatur;

Mother Velma Underdown Davis of Sweetwater

Sons Terry Davis (Claudia) of Sweetwater, Chris Davis (Tara) of Maine, Jeff Davis of Athens, Chris Ezell of Decatur, Heath Ezell (Robbin) of Cleveland, Franklin Ezell of Benton, and T.J. Ezell of Cleveland;

9 Grandchildren;

Brothers Charles Davis Jr. (Gina) of Athens, and Larry Davis of Sweetwater.

Funeral Services will be at 2 PM Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Ziegler Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Eastanallee Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 PM – 2 PM Tuesday.
