Bobby Joe Price

Bobby Joe Price, age 74, a native and lifelong resident of Athens, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026. He loved fishing, hunting, playing cards, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Kenneth and Pauline Simpson Price, two sisters: Betty Green and Susie Price, and his brothers: Bill Price, Dallas Price and Hobert Price. 

Bobby is survived by his daughter: Pam Price (Justin), grandchildren: Katlyn Curtis, Billy Curtis, and Robert Moses, and his siblings: Sissy Price (Tim Hooper), Charles Price, Danny Ray Price, and Michael Price.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at McMinn Memory Gardens with Ginger Irons as a speaker.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
