Clyde Truelove, Jr

Clyde Truelove, Jr, a native and lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024. He was a member of Wings of Love House of Prayer.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Clyde and Marcella Kirkland Truelove, wife: Clara Beatrice Collier Truelove, his son: Adam Truelove, grandson: Joseph “Hunter” Watson, stepmother: Charlene Truelove, and a brother: Dewayne Truelove.  

Clyde is survived by a daughter: Pam and Joey Watson of Reliance, son: Matthew Truelove of Benton, siblings: Pat and Junior Cross of Cleveland, Juanita and Lee Breedlove of Charleston, Lee and Bobbie Truelove of Cleveland, Walter and Jackie Truelove of Cleveland, James and DeAnna Truelove of Cleveland, grandchild: Kaylie Watson, along with many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at Madisonville Church of God of Prophecy. A funeral will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at the Madisonville Church of God of Prophecy with Pastor Lee Truelove officiating, with a burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Timothy Truelove, Samuel Willis, Tommy Bottoms, Anthony Willis, Tim Couch and Shane Holdiman will serve as pallbearers.
