At Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens

A native of Harriman and longtime resident of McMinn County, he was the son of the late Arthur Nance Jr and Juanita Melton Nance and was preceded in death by a daughter, April McKim. He was called into the ministry at the age of 15 and pastored numerous churches in the area. Dallas was an employee of Walmart for 20 years and a minister for over 53 years. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Community Church in Etowah.

Survivors include his wife of 23 years,

   Cathy Powers Nance of Athens

One daughter and son-in-law,

   Kendra and David Hunt of Sweetwater

One son and daughter-in-law,

   Anthony and Sheila Nance of Sweetwater

Five grandchildren: Tyler Presley, Michael McKim, Tanner Nance, Ashley McKim, and Colton Nance.

One great grandson, Lucas McKim

Two sisters and brothers-in-law,

   Sharon and James Bilbrey of Jamestown

   Marchita and Ronnie Cooper of Jamestown

Four brothers and sisters-in-law,

   Darrell and Wanda Nance of Spencer

   Doyle and Julia Nance of Jamestown

   Doran and Kim Nance of Jamestown

   Darwin and Tonita Nance of Jamestown

Several nieces, nephews and friends.

A graveside service will be Monday, April 13, 2020 in McMinn Memory Gardens.
