Dianne Morrow, age 79, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.
Dianne was a devoted follower of Christ who loved the Lord with all her heart. She faithfully served her church family at Solid Rock Baptist Church for many years, where her servant’s heart, kindness, and unwavering faith touched countless lives. Her love for the Lord was evident in both her words and her actions, and she lived her life as a reflection of God’s grace.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Jim Morrow; three daughters and sons-in-law, Kellye and Stacy Roderick, Dana and Wade Cornett, and Maria and Byron Farmer; and eight grandchildren she loved dearly: Austyn Roderick, Kelsey and Trey Royal, Blake and Kambria Thomas, Brycen and Morgan Thomas, Katlyn Cornett, Bradley Thomas, Addison Cornett, and Addison Farmer. She was also blessed with eight beautiful great-grandchildren: Breille Roderick, Laken Thomas, Colter Thomas, Blakely Thomas, Leyonah Royal, Malakia Royal, Norah Royal, and Raelyn Swafford.
Dianne is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, James and Sue Rigney, and her sister, Regina Rigney; as well as very special and dear friends, Coy and Glenda Harbison.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ann Rigney and Wilson Rigney; her brother, Don Hamilton; and her sister, Clyma Reid.
A graveside service will be held at Riceville Cemetery on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 11:00 am with Pastor Scott Martin officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons; Austyn Roderick, Blake Thomas, Brycen Thomas and Bradley Thomas.
Dianne is now at rest in the arms of the Lord she loved and served so faithfully. While she will be deeply missed, we rejoice in knowing she has received her eternal reward.
