Eva Joyce (Charles) McKeehan

Eva Joyce Charles McKeehan, age 66, lifelong resident of McMinn County, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024. She was a member of West End Baptist Church.

She is preceded by parents: Johnny Oscar “J.O.” and Frances “Frankie” Palmer Charles, and brothers: Johnny “Little Joe” Oscar Charles, Ricky Joe Charles, and Randall “Randy” Charles.

Eva is survived by her children: Crystal McKeehan (Levi), William Allen Henry, Jr (Haley), grandchildren: Jason, Cash, Zayden, Sophia, Liam, Greg, and Emmitt, and sisters: Charlotte Boyd (Larry), Ruth Hearron, Johnnie Watson (Jeff Garrett), Janet Gregory (Darrell), and Cheryl Moore.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Ziegler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Brother Jerry Stephens officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Athens.

Brian Moore, Cody Clark, Nicklaus Wright, Jeremy Boyd, Austin Robison, and Robbie Lucas will serve as pallbearers.
