Frank Coulter, Sr. Obituary

Frank Eddie Coulter, Sr., age 71, a native of Rome, GA and longtime resident of McMinn County, passed away on September 19, 2025. He attended West Rome High School and loved riding his motorcycle. Frank was a dedicated paramedic since 1978.

He is preceded in death by his father: Reverend Billy Coulter, his wife: Jewelene Rebecca Graves Coulter, a brother: Freddie Coulter, and a sister: Ann Coulter.

Frank is survived by his mother: Jo Quarles Coulter of Bryant, AL, sons: Eddie Coulter, Jr, of Cave Springs, GA, and Billy Ray (Twila) Coulter of Calhoun, GA, daughter: Sandy Vincent

sister: Jan (Doyle) Couch, grandsons: Cory (Brittany) Huggins, and Cody Huggins, great- grandchildren Harlee Huggins, Mila Huggins, Cobie Huggins and Carson Huggins

There will be no formal services at this time.
