Frank Bandy Howard IV

Frank Bandy Howard IV, age 41, a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Kimberly Diane Pressley Arnwine, brother: Gene Arnwine and a sister: B’anca Arnwine.

Frank is survived by his father: Frank Bandy Howard III, a son: Bradley Stansell-Howard (Liberty Bryce), grandchildren: Xavianna Moore and Charleigh Stansell-Howard, stepfather: Marshall Gene Arnwine (Judy), sister: Nicole White (Dwight) and Taryn Harris (Chris) and brother: Delondra Arnwine, several nieces and nephews, and former wife: Monica Howard.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held at Ziegler Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at Idlewild Baptist Church at 12:30 PM.
