Ivory Kidd Eaton, age 91, a native of Bell Farm, KY, and longtime resident of Niota, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025. She was a member of East Niota Baptist Church for 53 years where she served as a Sunday School teacher for 45 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents: William Albert Kidd and Hellen Yanders, two sisters: Sarah Atkins and Shirley Suffrage, six brothers: David Kidd, Stevie Kidd, Kenneth Kidd, Roger Kidd, Lawrence Kidd, and Denver Kidd, and a son-in-law: Jim Brownsey.
Ivory is survived by a daughter: Carol Brownsey, a granddaughter: Madison Brownsey, a sister: Jewel Massey, along with many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at McMinn Memory Gardens at 11:00 AM with Reverend Wayne Bryant officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
