Janice Nadine (Teague) Cumbus

Janice Nadine Teague Cumbus, age 80, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024. She had lived in many parts of the country and for several years in McMinn County.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Jessie and Lula Teague, son: Michael Cumbus, and daughter: Teresa Henderson.

Janice is survived by her husband of 61 years: Bobby Cumbus of Athens, a son: Thomas Allen Cumbus of Athens, a sister: Ruth Carlton (Gaston) of Jacksonville, FL, a brother: Earnest Gray Bryan, four grandchildren, cousins: Pat Fern and Ruth Teague along with many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Ziegler Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 PM at McMinn Memory Gardens in Athens.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
