Jewell Ann (Coleman) Adams

Jewell Ann Coleman Adams, age 86, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert and Cora “Tokie” Yarberry Coleman, husband: Clarence Lee Adams, daughter and son-in-law: Vicki and Richard Boyd, brother: Alvin Coleman, brother-in-law: Jack White, and special friend: Fran Barber.

Jewell is survived by her sisters: Nancy Holmes (Sherlock), June Ammons (Ben), Patsy Peterson (Pete), Mary White, Dale Lyles, and Clara Starnes (Rod), along with several nieces and nephews. 

The family will meet at 4:00 PM at Sullins Cemetery in Athens for a graveside service on Friday, September 20, 2024, with Reverend Clifford Waters officiating.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
