Passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020

Peacefully at her home surrounded by family.

A native of Germany and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, James Kenneth “Buddy” Willis; daughter, Lorrine Ellen Smith and one great grandson; sister, Magdalena Hummel; brother, Wenzil Krysa.  She was a longtime member of Rockview Baptist Church.

Survivors include her loving husband of 56 years, Kenneth Willis

Her children, Kimberly Sharp, Michael Willis and fiancé, Julie

   Frances Hein and husband, Ronald, Charlotte Weeks and husband, Michael

Nine grandchildren, Jeffery Dawson, “Jeff” Ray Thomas, Sheila Thomas Cranfield, Rose Walker and husband, Austin, Isais Willis, Lewis Smith, Michael Hein, Nicholas Hein and Kathryn Hein

Eleven great grandchildren including 2 very special- Arianna and Ayden Dawson

Many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 7 pm Wednesday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. David Walden and Pastor Jeremy Sneed officiating.  Burial will be 11 am Thursday in Frisbie-Willis Cemetery.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
