Pauline Sherwood Clowers, age 73, of Englewood, passed away early Saturday morning, October 28, at Etowah Health Care Center.
A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Hazel Crowe Sherwood. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Clowers, longtime companion, Grady Ratledge, brother, Buck Sherwood and sisters, Mary Clowers and Betty Moates.
Pauline leaves behind a daughter, Sherri Russell of Clarksville
Two grandchildren, Kaylyn Russell and Ryan Russell of Clarksville
Great grandchildren, Alayna Burns Addison Russell, and two more on the way.
Sisters, Shirley Patterson of Athens and Rosie Martin both of Athens
Along with nieces, nephews and many friends
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 31, at Ziegler Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in the Clearwater Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Tuesday, prior to the funeral service at Ziegler Funeral Home.
