Phillip Justice Obituary

Phillip Mark Justice, age 62, passed away on February 19, 2025. Formerly of Raccoon, KY, he lived in Johnson City and was a resident of Athens for 3 years. He was employed with Bizzack Construction as a truck driver.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Quint Lincoln and Oma Joyce Goff Justice, sisters: Joyce Ann Stepp and Carolyn Sue Justice, a brother: Raymond Leon Justice, and two nieces: Billie Joyce Stepp and Rebecca Sue Collins.

Phillip is survived by sisters: Phyllis Jean Justice of Athens and Connie J. Chapman of Raccoon, KY, and brother: Keith Lincoln Justice of West Liberty, KY, special nieces and nephews: Phillip Gannon, Olivia Gannon, DMD, Shannon Thacker, Quienten Chapman, Donnie Justice, and Gloria Kryska, special grand-nieces: Noa Quinn Gannon, Allyson, Gracie, Keera, and Elena.
