Ralph Junior Moore

Ralph Junior Moore, age 73, a native and longtime resident of Ten Mile, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Clemuel Moore and Mae Walden Moore, and a daughter: Denise Weil.

Ralph is survived by his wife of over 50 years: Dorothy Sue Henry Moore, his sons: Dwight Moore (Kelly) and Chris Moore (fiancée Cassandra Lett), six grandchildren: Brooklyn Robson (Jared), Ashley Blankenship (Travis), Rae Pratt, Dakota Moore, Braxton Moore, and Brantlee Moore, several great-grandchildren, and his siblings: Patricia “Sissy” Burgin, Danny Moore (Lela), Joyce “Nada” Webb (Tommy), Tony Moore (Terri).

Visitation will be held at Ziegler Funeral Home on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 12:00-2:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Moore Cemetery in Decatur.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
