Randall "Randy" Lee Charles

Randall “Randy” Lee Charles, age 61, native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023.  

Randy is preceded by his parents: Johnny Oscar “J.O.” and Frances “Frankie” Palmer Charles, brothers: Johnny “Little Joe” Oscar Charles, Jr, Ricky Joe Charles, son: Jake Leamon.

He is survived by his wife: Teresa Ann Floyd Charles, daughter: Kristien Faith Charles, son: Jonathan Charles, 7 grandchildren, and his sisters: Charlotte Boyd (Larry), Ruth Hearron, Johnnie Watson (Jeff Garrett), Eva McKeehan, Janet Gregory (Darrell), Cheryl Moore.

There will be a graveside service at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Athens at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 10, 2023, with Brother Jeffery Haney officiating.

Dustin Dake, Josh Hearron, Marshal Watson, Michael McLemore, Jeremy Boyd, and Austin Boyd will serve as pallbearers.
