Ronnie Earl Roden, age 66, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025. A native of Atlanta, GA, he lived many years in Dalton and Calhoun, GA and lived in McMinn County for the past 8 years.
He was preceded in death by his father: Grady R. Roden, his wife: Annie Pearl “JoAnne” Johnson Roden, a daughter: Jenny Tudor, and a brother: David Roden.
Ronnie is survived by his mother: Eloise Long Roden, step-mother: Linda Layne Roden, daughters: Stephanie Mullinax and Richard Poland of Athens, sons: Charles Anthony Mullinax of Knoxville, Rodney Roden of Chickamauga, GA, and Andy Roden of Calhoun, GA, a son-in-law: Mark Tudor, sisters: Cynthia Berryhill (Ronald) of Ranger, GA, and Darlene Roden, brother: Gary Roden of Atlanta, GA, sister-in-law: Gail Roden, grandchildren: Gary Tudor (Samantha), Anthony Tudor, Jenny Clark (Erasmus), Christina Grace Poland, Dustin (Lydia), Arlin, and Kayla Mullinax, great-grandchildren: Kamishka and Olivia Tudor, Anthem, Holton, and Isla Mullinax, an aunt: Doris Long of Calhoun, GA, special friends: Tony and Diane Kean.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM at Ziegler Funeral Home with Deacon Dustin Crowder officiating. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Hammonds Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
