Sandra Gale (Burnett) Wilson

Sandra Gale Wilson, of Athens, went home to her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 8, 2023. She was a CNA at NHC of Athens and served in the U.S. Air Force.  

She is preceded in death by her parents: Claude and Helen Stennett Burnett, first husband: David Thomas, and her second husband: Jeff Wilson.

Sandra is survived by her daughter: Ashlea Ann Hubbell of Crossville, son: David Parker Thomas (Kendra) of Madisonville, grandchildren: Nicholas Thomas and fiancée Ashlee Moss, Anthony Bookout, Alison Mercado, Alex Hubbell, Courtney Murphy (Lane), and Taylor Thomas, brothers: Mike Burnett of Athens and David Burnett of Englewood, and a sister: Kathy Galliher (Norman) of Etowah.

A memorial service will be held at Servant’s Heart Fellowship at 414 Lynman Street in Athens on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM.

Ziegler Funeral Home has been entrusted with serving the family of Sandra Gale Wilson.
