Vesper Delores (Davis) Ramsey
Obituary
Vesper Delores Davis Ramsey, age 97, passed away on Saturday, June 17,
2023. Born in Alhambra, California she spent the majority of her life in
Gillette, Wyoming and Enid, Oklahoma. She relocated to McMinn County in
2003 to be close to her family.
Vesper was a daughter of the late Roy and June Beason Davis. She is
preceded in death by her husband, William C. Ramsey, her former husband
and father of her children, W. Eugene Miller, and a sister, Genevieve Knapp.
She is survived by her daughters: Jeanie Mankin (and John Mankin) and Robin
Zweifel, son: David Miller, grandchildren: Kevin (and Nancy) Hayes, Teresa
(and Mike) Barlok, David (and Shana) Hayes, Brooks (and Heather) Zweifel,
Michael (and Marci) Miller and Madison (and Thomas) Miller-Bennett, great-
grandchildren: Blake (and Katie) Hayes, Nikki (and Justin) McConkey, Michael
(and Alexis) Barlok, Kaitlynn Barlok, Devin Hayes, Hannah Zweifel and Ayden
Zweifel, and five great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM on Friday, June 30, 2023, at
Ziegler Funeral Home.
