A native of Sevierville and longtime resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of the late James and Ella Allen Baker and was preceded in death by her husband, W.C. Rucker; son, Tim Rucker; two brothers, Mayford Baker and Carlos Baker; two sisters, Ruth Galyon and Katherine Reed. She was a member of Pope Ave. Baptist Church.

Grandchildren: Brad and Priscilla Couch, April and Scott Wallace, Angie Couch, Lacey and Marco McKeehan, Jennie and Jacob Million, Travis Rucker, and Leeza Mullins.
12 great grandchildren: Alex, Ben, Braden, Brooklyn, Londyn, Memphis, Kylie, Ty, Taylor, Gavyn, Aubrey, and Hunter.

Funeral services will be 7 pm Monday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Van Elkins and Rev. Michael Smith officiating. Burial will be 11 am Tuesday in Edgemon Cemetery in Ten Mile, TN.
Pallbearers will be Brad Couch, Scott Wallace, Jacob Million, Kenny Baker, Danny Ray Baker, and Jamie Moses.
The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Monday at the funeral home.
