Went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 30, 2018  

At Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville

A longtime resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of the late Vester and Nellie Ruth Cagley Hawn and was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers. She was an employee of Advanced Photographic Solutions for 20 years and was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years,

   Danny Freeman Sr. of Athens

Two daughters,

   Marsha and Robert Sliker of Maryville

   Victoria and Greg Jenkins of Niota

Two sons,

   Danny and Kara Freeman Jr. of Riceville

   David Freeman of Riceville

Six grandchildren: Airman Josh Freeman, Lexi Campbell and husband, Airman Andrew Campbell, Andrew Sliker, Brianna, Ember, and Zoe Freeman.

Five sisters and one brother

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 3 pm Monday Hilltop Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Elliott and Rev. Zeth Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Hilltop Cemetery

The family will receive friends 1-3 pm Monday at Hilltop Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations can be sent to Hilltop Baptist Church, 116 Co. Rd. 86 Riceville, TN. 37370 to assist with final expenses.
