Of Benton and formerly of Athens

Passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018

At Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga.

She was a native of Cleveland and longtime resident of Cohutta, GA. and most recently of Benton and formerly of Athens. A daughter of the late Bruce Washington Johnson and Rumania Spurling Johnson, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Charles “Billy” Johnson; three sisters, Rosa-Lee Johnson, Mary Lou Lemons, and Carolyn Ann Valdez.

Survivors include her husband,

   Ronnie Earl Roden of Benton

Two daughters and sons-in-law,

   Jenny and Mark Tudor of Decatur

   Stephanie Mullinax and Richard Poland of Athens

Three sons and one daughter-in-law,

   Charles Anthony Mullinax and Nora Anderson of Cleveland

   Rodney Roden of Chickamauga, GA.

   Andy Roden of Calhoun, GA.

Grandchildren: Gary Jeffery Tudor and wife, Samantha, Anthony Dewayne Tudor, Jenny Leighann Tudor, Christina Grace Poland, Dustin Dakota Mullinax, Arlin Charles Mullinax, and Kayla Serenity Mullinax.

Funeral services will be 3 pm Thursday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Stacy Hensley, Andy Porter and Gary Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Hammonds Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Charles Anthony Mullinax, Michael Williford, Gary Jeffery Tudor, Anthony Dewayne Tudor, Dustin Dakota Mullinax, and Richard Poland.

The family will receive friends 1-3 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
