Carol Ann Morgan Pernell, Age 56, of Athens, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020 at her residence.

A native and lifelong resident of Athens, she was the daughter of the late Jerome Albert and Patricia Ann Niceler Morgan.

Survivors include two daughters, Crissie Rena Martin of Riceville and Holly Gail Green of Madisonville,

Grandchildren Rena Cecilia Juliette Monahan and Taylor Leon Morgan Monahan.

There will be no formal services.
