EMMA LOU (ROBINSON) MORGAN

Emma Lou Robinson Morgan, age 79, of Decatur, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga.

A native and lifelong resident of Meigs County, she was the daughter of the late Laurence and Pauline Fritz Robinson and was preceded in death by her husband; James R. Morgan, a daughter; Lavadie Pauline Boggess, Granddaughter, Emma Webb and Sister Laurajane Robinson Evans.

Emma Lou enjoyed reading and spending time with her dog Gayla.

She was a member of Stevensville Baptist Church in Etowah.

Survivors include:

Two sons and daughters in laws;

Jimmy C. Sr. and Becky Morgan of Decatur

Rev. James L. and Joann Morgan of Decatur

Son in law; Al Delano of Decatur

A Sister; Vela Pack of Loudon

Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. James Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in McMinn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be William Morgan, Carson Morgan, Jerry Morgan, Willie Morgan, James Boggess, and Terry White.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
