Judy Marie (Keller) Tallent

Judy Marie Keller Tallent, age 79, of Athens, TN, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, at her residence.

Judy was a lifelong resident of Athens. She was preceded by her husband of 51 years, Clyde Howard Tallent, and her son, Clyde Howard “Howie” Tallent II. She was a daughter of the late Gene and Nellie Jane Brock Keller.   

She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Judy loved to read and to cook.

Judy was a former employee with The White Store and Food City where she worked as the office manager.

Her son, David Tallent (Melinda)

Grandchildren: Jeremy Tallent (Tiarra), Shannon Epps, Austin Tallent, Cheri Lloyd (Eric)

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 6, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Ziegler Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 7, 2023, at Ziegler Funeral Home. Interment will follow at McMinn Memory Gardens.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
