Obituary
Zamira Anai Sanchez, age 16, of Athens, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Tennova Healthcare in Cleveland.
Zamira was a native of Athens and a lifelong resident of McMinn County. She is preceded by grandfather Johnny Graham.
Zamira attended McMinn County High School.
Zamira is survived by her
Mother Crystal Gail Graham of Athens;
Father Silvestre Sanchez Castillo of Madisonville;
Sisters Belicia Sanchez and Liliana Sanchez;
Brothers Ivan Bamaca and Uriel Sanchez;
Paternal Grandparents Silvestre Sanchez Gaytan and Emilia Castillo Reyes;
Maternal Grandmother Helen Graham;
Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and extended family members.
Graveside services will be at 11 AM Friday, March 3, 2023, at Hammonds Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 4 PM – 7 PM Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Ziegler Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that contributions be made to Ziegler Funeral Home for Zamira.
