Uncle Cecil lived a long hard life and will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved him. Rest Easy Uncle Cecil and say hi to papaw for me.

I have known pretty much whole family for yrs. U are good ppl. And are deeply saddened of Cecil passing. May lord have mercy on his soul. If there anything I can do in this time of need .... Plz let me no RIP Cecil u will be missed
